Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be done 24 or more hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees are applied to a rescheduled appointment within 1 week. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and will be banned from booking. Habitual cancellations will be required to prepay going forward.
